tarpusavio priklausomybė statusas T sritis Politika apibrėžtis Tarptautinės sistemos savybė, reiškianti tai, kad jos elementai yra glaudžiai susiję ir labai priklauso nuo kiekvieno iš jų pokyčių. Šią tarptautinės sistemos savybę visų pirma išskiria liberalioji tarptautinių santykių studijų teorija. Pasak jos, tarptautinę sistemą sudaro įvairaus pobūdžio ir lygio veikėjai – valstybės, tarptautinės kompanijos, tarpvyriausybinės organizacijos, tarptautinė NVO, sąjūdžiai ir kt. Jei sistemoje įvyksta su kuriuo nors veikėju susijusių pokyčių, tai neišvengiamai neigiamai arba teigiamai, priklausomai nuo pokyčio pobūdžio, atsiliepia ir kitiems veikėjams. Pasak koncepcijos kūrėjų R. Keohane’o ir J. Nye, kurie savo idėjas išdėstė knygoje Power and Interdependence (1977), sąvoka atspindi po II pasaulinio karo įvykusius pokyčius; jie teigia, kad priklausomybės saitais susijusių valstybių tarpusavio karai nebetenka prasmės, darosi nebeįmanoma kariauti su kitais ir kartu nedaryti žalos sau. atitikmenys: angl. interdependence
